The deal in one paragraph.

We waive every up-front fee, cut your subscription in half for six months, and give you the first auction free. In exchange, you give us six weeks of real auction activity, a quarterly conversation about what's working, and — if you love it — permission to mention you as a customer. If you don't love it within 30 days of your first auction closing, we refund everything you've paid and help you migrate to whatever you switch to.

Success criteria — how we'll know it worked.

We measure three concrete things across the first 30 days post-first-auction:

  1. Catalog time per lot. Hammerwerks logs the timestamp from photo upload to "approved." We compare against the time it took you on your previous system (you tell us during onboarding). Target: 50% reduction.
  2. End-to-end settlement. The first auction's invoices send themselves, cards charge, seller statements draft. Target: zero manual rebuilds. If you have to rebuild any document by hand, that's a failure on us.
  3. Your own success metric. During onboarding, you pick one thing that would make this a win for you. We measure it. Target: you tell us we hit it.

What this is not.

When this offer expires.

When 10 founding customers are signed. Hard cap. Whichever comes first:

After either threshold, standard pricing applies and the lifetime grandfather perk is no longer available.
