What are AI credits?

Can I still cross-list to HiBid or Proxibid?
Yes. Hammerwerks doesn't compete with marketplaces for reach — it sits underneath. Keep using HiBid for bidder discovery while Hammerwerks handles cataloging, your branded bidder list, and settlement.
Who owns my bidder list?
You do. Every bidder who registers signs up in your tenant — on your subdomain, against your auctioneer profile. Export the list to CSV anytime. We never market to your bidders. If you ever leave, you take the relationship with you.
Can I bring my existing inventory over?
Yes. CSV import covers the bulk case. Paste a HiBid catalog URL to import 1,000+ lots in seconds. Hands-on migration for trickier catalogs is included with the setup.
What if I want to cancel?
Month-to-month. Cancel anytime — no annual contract, no exit fee. 30-day money-back if it doesn't save you time after your first auction. We'll export your catalog, bidders, and audit log as CSV + JSON.
Can my team use it too?
